I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment — everything was just perfect. The space is very cozy, stylish, and thought out down to the last detail; you can feel that the hosts care about their guests. It's really nice to be here and relax. I would also like to single out the host – he is incredibly attentive, friendly, and always available. Everything went as smoothly and conveniently as possible. It was the good apartment, with all necessary equipment. The communication with the host was easy. Perfect for couples or solo travelers. Location is little bit far from old part of the city, but if you want to be in a peaceful place it is nice location.

Thank you to the caring hosts. I really liked the apartment. It was spacious and stylish. Everything is well-thought-out down to the smallest detail, including capsules with a coffee machine and scented candles. Sea view and a convenient location!

Excellent apartment for 2 adults and a child 5th floor, pretty good sea view, nearby there is a coffee shop and Pure bakery (have breakfast there) The river promenade is right outside the house I love this neighborhood Good Wi-Fi, a clean and cozy apartment with everything you need ❤️

An excellent apartment for the price for a short stay, the location is great, the complex is good, the view is excellent, the noise from the neighbors is annoying only on the balcony, everything you need is nearby, a park for walks, shops, restaurants, canteens There are a couple of nuances: The bathroom lacks ventilation, and therefore, if you close the door, there is an unpleasant smell. The kitchen is not very conveniently designed, it is inconvenient to use, there is no cutting board, the knives are blunt, and there are no lids for the pans The bed linen had holes in it Overall, the place is a 9.7/10 in my opinion

Overall, everything is OK. A good room for the money with a decent view from the window. The only thing I didn't really like was the water pressure in the shower, etc.

It was excellent, honestly, and the view was nice, but there was one problem with the bathroom. The bidet is attached to the seat, and you have to sit on the side to be able to open the bidet, and your leg has to be very thin to sit comfortably.

Massive balcony in the house was the main highlight of the stay. We had an apartment overlooking the sea to the west with amazing sunset views. Fully equipped kitchen and Aircond were very ideal for the hot days we stayed. Fully equipped Netflix in the house was useful for the kids as well. The sofa bed was convertible to a full double bed. So the single bedroom house was still okay for our family of 4. Being in the centre of Tbilisi next to two supermarkets and Carrefour mall was extremely convenient. Walkable to the sea side attractions and parks.

The view is insane, location is really good and the whole building has all the amenities. Underground parking was also super handy, as the parking on the side of the building is usually full. There is a decent grocery store right underneath the building and right across the street is a big mall. Everything important is 5-10 minutes of walk away max and there is a electric scooter parking right across the street as well. Apartment was clean and had everything needed. Cherry on top was the sunsets every day. The host is super nice and speaks many languages, including Czech and Polish. Highly recommended!
